The architectural project of the building reinterprets the modernism of the 1920s and ’30, using the forms and materials widely used in art deco and reviving the premium standard of the tenement houses of that period.
Thus, the wayfinding system is inspired by the art deco style found in the architecture of that period: geometry driven reliefs and typography. The XXL scale elements are layered but are not differentiated by the colors in any way. And so the only thing that makes them visible is the shadow cast by each layer, creating unusual 3-dimensional art deco-like effects.
The scope of the signage: patio with common functions, staircases, lobby, sauna&gym, underground garage, technical functions.
The General Contractor is: Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Unimax. The signage was produced by: Master Graf.
